Pam’s nutrition philosophy is that food should be adequate and delicious. She has helped hundreds of people achieve significant long term success with changing their destructive eating patterns to healthful and normal eating patterns. In addition to having a private practice since 1990, Pam has a wealth of experience in both inpatient and outpatient eating disorder nutritional rehabilitation. Pam teams with Girls to Women Health and Wellness and Skippy, her therapy dog (in training) to provide nutritional therapy in a nurturing atmosphere. Pam completed her BS in Dietetics and Nutrition at LSU and interned at Touro Infirmary in New Orleans. She completed her Masters of Science in Nutrition at TWU. She is a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian.
